Stability signals worth keeping
You do not need every possible telemetry field to run a useful stability briefing. Prefer signals that change decisions: mid-journey abort rate, successful resume rate after brief loss, and time-to-first-interaction after reconnect.
Pair each with a connectivity proxy you trust—even if it is only ‘known congested window’ versus ‘quiet window’. The pairing is what makes the briefing actionable.
Retire vanity metrics that never alter a backlog. Briefings stay short when every chart has a named owner and a next question attached.
