Data we collect

Contact form submissions (name, email, interest, message), email correspondence, and engagement records needed to deliver contracted work. Server logs may include IP address and user agent for security.

Purposes and lawful bases

We process enquiry data to respond to requests (legitimate interests / steps prior to contract). Engagement data is processed to perform the contract. Optional analytics cookies run only with consent.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active matter. Contract records are retained as required for accounting and legal obligations.

Sharing

We use processors for email and hosting under appropriate agreements. We do not sell personal data. Disclosure may occur where required by law.

International transfers

If tools process data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses where required.

Your rights
