Refund and cancellation policy

This policy covers advisory engagements with Cybernectivity Digital—session stability reviews, drop attribution, reconnect studies, and briefing retainers. We do not sell physical goods, software licences, or self-serve subscriptions through this site.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to prepaid fees for work not yet started, or to unused prepaid retainer periods after a valid cancellation, subject to the conditions below. Informational website prices are not invoices; refunds reference amounts actually paid against a written quote.

Timeframe to request

Request a refund or cancellation in writing to hello@cybernectivity.digital within 14 days of payment for fixed-scope engagements where work has not started, or at least one full billing period before the next retainer cycle for ongoing briefings.

Full refunds

A full refund is available when we cancel an engagement before kickoff, or when you cancel in writing before the agreed start date and no preparatory work has begun. Deposits are returned in full under those conditions.

Partial refunds

If work has started—including data familiarisation, interviews, or draft analysis—we may refund the unused portion after deducting fees for completed stages listed in the quote. Partial refunds are calculated in writing before payment is returned.

Non-refundable items

Completed deliverables already issued to you, completed briefing cycles, and third-party costs pre-approved by you (such as booked workshop venues) are non-refundable. Time already scheduled for on-site workshops within 5 working days of the session may be charged if cancelled late.

Refund process and timing

Email hello@cybernectivity.digital with your quote reference, payment date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 working days and process approved refunds within 14 working days to the original payment method where possible.

Refund method

Refunds are issued via the same method used for payment (typically bank transfer). We do not offer store credit or substitute products.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule by written notice. Rescheduling more than 5 working days before a workshop or readout is usually free once per engagement. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee stated in the quote.

Deposits

Some engagements require a deposit to reserve start dates. Deposits are applied to the final fee. They are refundable only under the full-refund conditions above.

No-shows

If you miss an agreed kickoff, workshop, or briefing without 24 hours’ notice, that session may be marked complete for scheduling purposes. A replacement session can be arranged at additional cost if capacity allows.

Work already started

Once analysis or drafting has begun, fees for completed stages remain payable. We will share a status summary with any partial-refund calculation.

Purchased materials

We do not typically purchase materials on your behalf. If a quote includes pre-approved third-party costs, those costs are non-refundable once incurred.

Retainer exceptions

Retainer fees cover the briefing period prepaid. Unused future periods after valid notice are refundable or credited as agreed in writing. The current period in progress is not refundable once the briefing cycle has started.
